  • The HFTD-350 Hydraulic Busbar Welding Machine is widely used in the power, chemical, and smelting industries, primarily producing busbar expansion joints and flexible conductive tape, which are in high demand.
  • Diffusion time refers to the time the weldment remains at the welding temperature. Complete diffusion must occur within this time to achieve the required strength. If the diffusion time is too short, the joint will not achieve stable strength equal to that of the parent material. However, if the duration of high temperature and high pressure is too long, the joint quality will not be further improved. For certain welding parameters, a welding time of several minutes is sufficient.
