If a drawing cannot be shared initially, clear photos and basic dimensions can be used for a preliminary discussion.

A: Haifei can develop initial welding parameters during machine commissioning or sample testing. Parameters may include welding current, electrode force, welding time, holding time, wheel speed or other process-specific settings.

Final production parameters should be verified using the customer's actual materials, workpiece tolerances and acceptance standards. They should not be selected only from a generic parameter table.

A: Haifei manufactures equipment for copper, aluminum and selected dissimilar-metal applications. The suitable process depends on the material combination, surface condition, thickness, joint structure and performance requirement.

Copper-to-copper, aluminum-to-aluminum and copper-to-aluminum joints should be evaluated separately. Drawings and sample welding are recommended before the equipment configuration is finalized.

A: Yes. Non-standard welding equipment and automation are part of Haifei's main business.

A: Yes. Customers can provide drawings, material specifications or physical workpieces for technical evaluation and sample testing.

Whether a test can be performed depends on the process, sample condition and availability of suitable test equipment. Before testing, both parties should confirm what will be evaluated and how the result will be judged.

The same-looking product may use different materials, thicknesses, internal structures or quality standards. A drawing and material specification are normally required before the machine capacity and tooling can be confirmed.

A: The packing method is selected according to the machine structure, dimensions, weight and transportation route.

Before shipment, the equipment is secured and prepared to reduce movement and damage during handling. The confirmed packing method, package dimensions and any special protection requirements should be reviewed with the customer or freight forwarder.

Avoid promising a universal packing specification because large automated lines and compact stand-alone welders require different arrangements.

A: The suitable method depends on the machine size, weight, destination and required delivery time. The shipping arrangement may be handled by Haifei, the customer or an appointed freight forwarder according to the agreed trade terms.

The quotation should clearly state the delivery term, departure point, destination responsibility and whether freight, insurance, customs clearance and local delivery are included.

A: Yes. Final package dimensions and weight can be provided after the machine and packing design are confirmed.

For large equipment, customers should use the confirmed packed dimensions-not only the machine dimensions-to check container loading, factory access, door clearance, crane capacity and forklift requirements.
