Capacitor Welding Machine Video

This video collection shows HAIFEI capacitor discharge welding machines used for projection welding and spot welding of nuts, studs, brackets, terminals and automotive components. The demonstrations include galvanized steel, carbon steel, stainless steel and hot-formed steel workpieces.

Capacitor discharge welding releases stored electrical energy within a short welding cycle. It is commonly selected for projection joints that require concentrated heat input, limited visible deformation and repeatable welding of fasteners to formed metal parts.

The videos below show single-point and multi-point welding, manual loading, automatic nut feeding and double-head machine configurations. Final machine capacity, tooling and welding settings depend on the material, coating, plate thickness, fastener structure, projection design and required production output.
