Testing the Haifei controller and transformer:

1. Test the motherboard's operation; all indicator lights should be on for normal operation.

2. The discharge indicator light should also function normally.

3. Load test.

These three tests determine if the motherboard is good, or if there are any issues during soldering such as cold solder joints, missing solder joints, or unclear indicators.
