What Does the DB200H Weld?
The DB200H is intended for resistance welding silver or copper contacts to formed copper parts. Typical workpieces include copper contact arms, conductive plates and similar electrical contact components.
During welding, the contact and copper carrier are held between the electrodes. Current passes through the joint under controlled force, generating heat at the contact interface.
The final process depends on:

MFDC Welding Process for Silver Contacts

Part Positioning
