The maintenance cycle of ultrasonic welding machine mainly includes daily maintenance, weekly/monthly maintenance and quarterly/semi-annual maintenance, as follows:

Daily maintenance: It should be carried out after each use, including cleaning the equipment, checking whether each component is working properly, and ensuring that there is no welding residue and dirt.
Weekly/monthly maintenance:
Bottom mold/lower sonic pole: Check once a month, check the mesh wear, adjust the level, and replace if necessary.
Amplifier, transducer: Check once a month to ensure that the flange block screws are not loose, and add silicone oil to the connection surface.
Welding head/upper sonic pole: Replace regularly according to the use situation, 60,000 times for positive single-layer pole ear, 30,000 times for negative single-layer pole ear; 20,000 times for positive multi-layer pole ear, 10,000 times for negative multi-layer pole ear.
Quarterly/semi-annual maintenance:
Chassis dust removal: Check once every three months to ensure that the electronic components are not damaged, there is no dust in the electrical box, and the heat dissipation is good.
‌Electrical component inspection‌: Performed every six months, check the status of electrical components and adjust machine parameters‌. ‌Measurement and identification of wear of major components‌: Performed every six months, measure and identify the wear of major components and replace them if necessary‌.
In addition, for equipment that is not frequently used or used seasonally, it is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection and necessary maintenance before putting it back into use‌.
