The daily maintenance of ultrasonic welding machines mainly includes the following aspects:
Cleaning: Clean the welding machine and its mold regularly to remove welding residues and dirt. Use appropriate cleaning agents and soft cloth to wipe the mold, and avoid using too rough cloth or cleaning agents containing irritating chemicals to protect the mold surface.
Inspection: Regularly check the various parts of the welding machine, including the welding head, pressing plate, etc., to ensure that they are not damaged, worn or deformed. If any problems are found, the relevant parts should be repaired or replaced in time.
Lubrication: Before use, a thin layer of lubricant (such as silicone oil) can be applied to the surface of the mold to reduce friction and protect the mold. But be careful not to use too much lubricant to avoid affecting the welding quality.
Storage: When not in use, store the mold properly to avoid direct sunlight and humid environment. The mold can be placed in a dry, ventilated place and maintained at an appropriate temperature and humidity.
Record: Record the use and maintenance history of the mold to establish a complete file. Records include date of use, duration of use, maintenance items, maintenance personnel and other information to track the condition of the mold and detect problems in a timely manner.
Maintenance: Regularly perform comprehensive maintenance on the mold, including cleaning, lubrication, tightening and other measures. According to the use of the mold and the characteristics of the material, formulate a reasonable maintenance plan and strictly implement it.
