A German customer needs an automatic welder to weld automotive exhaust hot-end sensing nuts. Initially they searched suppliers in Germany and other European countries. They got equipment quotations too high for them to bear. This way they can reduce purchase costs and labor costs, while improve welding efficiency.

At that time, in China, the welding of hot end of exhaust gas was mainly carried out by robot gas shielded welding.
