Recently, representatives from Germany visited Haifei's intelligent welding equipment manufacturing base to inspect our welding equipment manufacturing capabilities, automation solutions, quality control process, and project delivery capability.
The Haifei team welcomed the visitors and guided them through the production workshop, equipment assembly area, machine commissioning area, welding sample display section, and selected automated equipment areas. Through this factory visit, the customers gained a clearer understanding of Haifei's complete workflow, from solution design and parts processing to equipment assembly, system commissioning, and final delivery.

During the visit, the German customers focused on Haifei's production management process, equipment manufacturing standards, project execution capability, and overseas customer support.
The Haifei team introduced its experience in the development and manufacturing of polymer diffusion welding machines, medium-frequency spot welding machines, capacitor discharge welding machines, servo welding equipment, automated welding workstations, and customized automated welding lines.
Both sides also discussed key concerns such as machine stability, welding consistency, operational safety, production efficiency, and future maintenance.
Reviewing Welding Samples and Machine Performance
The customers reviewed different welding samples on site and watched equipment demonstrations.
Based on the customers' application requirements, Haifei's technical team explained suitable equipment selection options for different metal materials, workpiece structures, and production capacity targets.
For applications such as copper busbar welding, flexible connector welding, battery connection welding, low-voltage electrical component welding, and automotive component welding, Haifei explained the solutions from several aspects, including welding strength, weld appearance, welding stability, machine configuration, and automation integration methods.
